  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Clogs & Mules showing signs of wear
  • Dress Sandals showing signs of wear
  • All intimate apparel
  • Clearance items marked “final sale”

Exchange Policy

Want to swap your Block Heels for Boots? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/color in our BOGO Free or other items isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
